胎儿娩出后如何处理脐带?

(1)用无菌纱布擦净脐根周围后，在距脐根0．5～1．0cm处用气门芯或脐带夹结扎脐带。(2)于线上0．5cm处剪断脐带，用20％高锰酸钾溶液消毒脐带断面，高锰酸钾溶液不可触及新生儿皮肤灼伤。(3)以脐纱包好，脐带卷固定。
