酶的激活剂

某些酶的催化活力需要辅助因子中Zn2+、M92+等金属离子，因此当缺乏该金属离子时，酶的催化活力下降，加入这些金属离子后，酶的催化活力又可恢复或升高，因此称这些金属离子为酶的激活剂。
