My name is Li Yan, the student who got injured in the accident in front of the row of bean tins in your supermarket. Let me give you some details about the accident first.
I was going around the corner from the fruits to the beans when a pregnant woman with her shopping cart crashed into me. It was impossible for us to see each other before the accident because this corner was very dark, and the lights were dim. In addition, the floor was wet and siippery. I slipped, fell, and was badly hurt.
Your insurance paid for the injuries, but I would still like to give you some advice to prevent similar accidents in your supermarket: make sure the floor is dry. You could also arrange your shelves in a way that makes it possible for your customers to take care of each other. Check the lights at least once a week. This would help make your supermarket a safer place.
