pseudo-cleft sentence
The pseudo-cleft sentence breaks a sentence into two parts and draws a structurally clear-cut line between the given and the new information. Pseudo-cleft sentence is more of postponement than of fronting. It typically occurs with the what-clause as the subject and presents a climax in the complement so as to achieve a distinctive end-focus. i.e. What we want is money, not your life.
