民主管理方式的特点是什么?

民主方式是以调动人的主动性为直接目的，以采用激励手段为主要形式的一种管理方式。表现为被管理者对决策目标的自觉接受，对决策实施方法的自主选择。它的特点是：(1)给予感情支持；(2)进行心理渗透；(3)提供参与机会；(4)实施能力培养；(5)注重思想政治教育；(6)行为方向是双向的上下结合。
