如何理解劳动力需求的含义?

答：劳动力需求是指，在一定时期内，在某种工资率下雇主愿意并能够雇佣到的劳动力的数量。劳动力需求和三个问题密切相关：第一，劳动力需求是派生性需求;第二，边际生产力理论是劳动力需求理论的支持理论之一;第三,劳动力需求是意愿和支付能力的统一。
