简述附加性劳动力假说。

附加性劳动力假说认为，在经济总体水平下降时期，由于衰退，一些一级劳动力处于失业状态。（2分）此时，为了保证家庭已有的收入水平，二级劳动力走出家庭，以期寻找工作。（2分）因此，二级劳动力参与率与失业率存在着正向关系：失业率上升，二级劳动力参与率提高。(2分)
