默认状态下，允许所有的用户匿名连接IIS网站，即访问时不需要使用用户名和密码登录。如果对网站的安全性要求高或网站中有机密信息，就需要对用户加以限制，禁止匿名访问，而只允许特殊的用户账户才能进行访问。
