简述组织变革的含义。

组织变革就是指组织系统为了适应组织外部环境和内部因素的变化，根据组织系统所出现的弊端进行分析、诊断，对组织结构、功能进行不断调整，改变旧的的管理形态，建立新的组织管理形态的一种组织行为和管理模式。
