文学团体名，1925年成立，鲁迅是发起人和领导者。出版会刊《未名月刊》，是我国现代文学史上现实主义文学流派的重要方面军。主要成员有鲁迅、韦素园、台静农等。着重翻译和介绍外国文学尤其是俄罗斯文学的团体。
