因素考核法

将一定的分数按照权重的不同分配给各个绩效考核指标，使每一项考核指标都有一个考核尺度，然后根据被考核者的实际表现，分别给予其在不同考核因素上的评分，最后汇总得出的总分，就是被考核者的考核结果。
