简述昏迷患者的护理。

(1)定时翻身、拍背，用热湿毛巾擦洗皮肤；(2)骨突部定时按摩；(3)定时做口腔清洗，2～3次/日；(4)留置导尿管者，每周更换一次导尿管，并定时进行膀胱冲洗，及时清洗尿道外口分泌物；(5)大便后用l:5000高锰酸钾溶液冲洗肛门。
