简述气胸的诊断及治疗要点。

诊断要点：突然胸痛，刺激性干咳和呼吸困难。体检有胸腔积气的体征。X线胸片有气胸征象可以确诊。治疗要点：(1)休息与氧疗。(2)排气治疗(胸腔穿刺抽气，胸腔闭式引流)。(3)其他。
