简述腹式呼吸及缩唇呼吸的操作方法。
开始训练时以半卧位,膝屈曲最适宜,立位时靠墙,上半身略向前倾,使腹肌放松,舒缩自如。全身肌肉,特点是辅助呼吸肌也应尽量放松,情绪安定,平静呼吸。呼气时缩拢嘴唇,同时腹肌收缩,腹壁下陷,使肺内气体经口徐徐呼出,然后经鼻吸气;吸气时腹肌放松,尽量使腹部鼓起。
