固有性耐药

固有性耐药是指某些肿瘤细胞可能天然对某种药物耐药，其反映了肿瘤细胞的基因修饰能力，发生机制可能是细胞内药物浓度未能达到使靶点失活的浓度或者肿瘤细胞缺乏对凋亡机制反应的能力。
