简述分解关系的基本原则。

答：分解关系的原则主要分为以下三种:1.分解必须是无损的，即分解后不应丢失信息；2.分解后的关系要相互独立，避免对一个关系的修改波及另一个关系；3.遵从“一事一地”原则，即一个关系只表达一个主题，如果涉及多个主题，就应该继续分解关系。
