SEC

SEC：SEC —— Single Edge Contact，单边接触。这是PentiumⅡ处理器所采用的新的封装技术。先将芯片固定在基板上，然后用塑料和金属将其完全封装起来，形成一个 SEC插盒封装的处理器，这一SEC插盒通过slot 1插槽同主板相连。
