什么是过度经营？

企业不能达到为维持一定经营水平所需要的营运资金的情况叫过度经营；当企业处于过度经营状态时,可融资总量不能支撑企业正常经营；当企业处于过度经营状态时,表明企业财务控制能力低下，资金流转不畅。
