A recent survey found that a huge number of staff, especially at management level, are considering leaving their current organization. They are unhappy with the lack of internal career opportunities and are planning to develop by finding a better position in another company. They complain of stress, overwork, not having enough control or responsibility which leads to their work becoming less and less enjoyable.
In a word, companies are not doing enough to encourage these valuable people. You must take action to keep your workforce as, i n the future, employees will expect much more from you as a reward for the long hours they work.
