Open University

Open University: It is a non-residential university based in the new town of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. It is so named because it is open to all to become students. Founded in 1969, it offers degrees and other courses for adult students of all ages in Britain and the other member countries of the European Union, using a combination of specially produced printed texts, correspondence tuition, television and radio broadcasts and audio/video cassettes.
