意见有哪几种类型?

意见的类型有两类：(1)直接指导型，这是领导机关直接对重要问题发表意见,用以指导下级的工作,其性质相当于“指示”；(2)批转执行型，这类“意见”是由职能部门提出，经领导机关同意，批转或转发各下级部门执行。
