简述上行文的含义及其行文方式。

上行文是指下级机关或业务部门向所属上级领导机关或业务主管部门的一种行文。根据发文机关的实际工作需要，上行文又可以分为以下三种行文方式：（1）逐级上行文。（2）多级上行文。（3）越级上行文。
