奥古斯都体制是古罗马时期由屋大维创立的一种个人独裁体制。这种体制的特点是保留共和制的形式，利用共和制的合法程序增加元首个人的权力，使其凌驾于元老院、一切官员和全体人民之上。屋大维被尊称为奥古斯都。
