晏殊，字同叔，抚州临川人。晏殊为文赡丽，“尤工诗，闲雅有情思”。词集名《珠玉集》，词多吟咏富贵气象及闲情雅思，风格温润秀洁。清冯煦《蒿庵论词》称其“为北宋倚声初祖”。
