简述恩格尔系数的含义及恩格尔定律。

恩格尔系数是指居民个人消费支出中食物消费支出所占的比例。
恩格尔定律：家庭收入水平越低，恩格尔系数越大；家庭收入水平越高，恩格尔系数越小。
