外部性

通俗地说，当一个人的行为对他人的福利水平产生了有利或不利的影响，但是却无法从他人那里获得报酬或无需向他人支付补偿的时候，就产生了外部性。如果对他人的影响是有利的，就称为"正外部性"，如果对他人的影响是不利的，就称为"负外部性"。
