QFII(Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors)：即合格的境外机构投资者制度，是一些国家在放松资本项下的外汇流入的管制，逐步实现资本账户对外开放时所采取的一种措施。（QFII实际上就是对外资有限度地开放本国的证券市场的一种放松资本项下外汇流入的管制措施。）
