简述宽限期条款。

答：宽限期条款对于没有按时缴纳保费的投保人给予一定时期的宽限期。投保人只要在宽限期内缴纳了保费，保单继续有效。在宽限期内，即使投保人没有缴纳保险费，合同仍然有效。如果此时发生保险事故，保险人应当给付保险金，但要从中扣除应缴而未缴的保险费。
