不可争辩条款

不可争辩条款：又称为不可抗辩条款，是指自人身保险合同订立时起，超过法定时限（通常规定为2年）后，保险人将不得以投保人在投保时违反如实告知义务如误告、漏报、隐瞒某些事实为理由，而主张合同无效或拒绝给付保险金。
