简述代理的特点。

代理有以下特点：(1)代理人以被代理人的名义实施代理行为。(2)代理人代理进行的主要是民事行为。(3)代理人独立为代理行为。(4)代理人在代理权限内实施代理行为。(5)代理人实施代理的法律后果直接由被代理人承受。
