（3）A银行不能对该土地抵押期间的租金收益主张权利。因为腾龙公司与A银行的贷款合同没有约定，也没有相应的法律依据，租金收益只能归出租人即腾龙公司所有，A银行不能直接取得该土地的租金收益。
