概念效力待定合同的种类：（1）限制民事行为能力人订立的与其年龄等不相适应的合同（2）无权代理人订立的合同（3）无处分权合同效力认定：欠缺条件的，不被断然认定无效，而是允许补正，经补正，该合同有效，未被补正，合同无效。
