《大宝律令》

（P310～311)《大宝律令》:颁布于701年，以中国唐朝《永徽律》为蓝本，是一部以刑法为主、诸法合体的法典。这部法典是“大化革新”后国家颁布的法律法令的集大成者，使革新以来巩固封建制度的措施以法典形式确定下来。
