去“九界”：康有为的法律观点，在他看来，要致刑措，达大同，最根本的方法是去“九界”。这就是：一去国界，二去级界，三去种界，四去形界，五去家界，六去产界，七去乱界，八去类界，九去苦界，至极乐实现大同，达到至平、至仁、至公、至治。
