名词解释：义刑义杀

孔子反对“不教而杀”，但不反对“义刑义杀”。上述《荀子·生》所载的那段话说得很明白，统治者尽了自己“先教”的责任之后，对教而不化者，完全可以用“刑”，这种刑就是“义刑义杀”
