简述什么是O2O。

O2O（OnlinetoOffline）电子商务模式是线上渠道和线下渠道有机结合的一种电子商务模式。它是指把线上的消费者带到现实的商店中去，即在线浏览、购买、支付线下的商品和服务，再到线下去享受服务、接收商品。
