简述商号选用的原则。

原则:(1)商号必须包含法定的内容,符合法定顺序;(2分)(2)商号的文字合法;(1分)(3)一个商主体选用一个商号;(I分)(4)商号必须反映商主体的性质,与商主体的经营范围一致;(1分)(5)分支机构的商号选择应当符合法定要求。(1分)
