简述科学预测系统性的含义

科学预测的系统性是指在从事预测活动时，要把预测工作当作一个系统来考察，而不是孤立地对其进行分析和研究。在进行预测的过程中要全面考察预测对象内部各因素、部分与整体、系统与环境等多种关系，只有通过对预测活动的系统研究,才能获得比较科学的预测结论
