级任制

受“五四”新文化运动和杜威的实用主义思想的影响，推行新学制后对学生行为习惯等方面的管理，也从管制约束转入积极指导，在学生班级管理上推行“级任制”，（2分）即每学期每一年级设一专任教师担任级任，负责训导该级学生。（2分）
