简述社会角色扮演经历的阶段过程。

答：任何一个社会角色的扮演通常都要经过角色期待、角色领悟和角色实践三个阶段。
（1）角色期待。是指社会对某一角色的行为模式的期望和要求。
（2）角色领悟。是指角色承担着对其角色规范和角色要求的理解。
（3）角色实践。是角色承担的实际过程或活动，是角色领悟的发展。P105
