相关临界区是指若干并发进程中涉及相同变量的那些临界区：
对相关临界区的管理要求有：一次最多让一个进程进入临界区；
不能让一个进程无限制地在临界区执行：
不能强迫一个进程无限制地等待进入它的临界区。
