生理性贫血

出生后由于生理性溶血，血容量增加，红细胞和血红蛋白下降，以后红细胞生成素不足，骨髓生成细胞功能下降，红细胞和血红蛋白继续下降。至2～3个月时，红细胞数降至3．0×10³／L，血红蛋白降至110g／L左右，称为“生理性贫血”。
