简述对重症中暑患者进行体内降温的方法。

4℃~10℃5%葡萄糖盐水1000ml经股动脉向心性注入患者体内(1分)；4℃~10℃5%葡萄糖盐水经胃管注入胃内(1分)；氨基比林0.5g溶于4℃葡萄糖盐水200ml保留灌肠(1分)；4℃葡萄糖盐水1000ml~2000ml静脉滴注(1分)；低温透析液血液体外透析(1分)。
