（1）可以及时发现和诊断心律失常，评价抗心律失常药物疗效。
（2）确定心肌缺血，监测心肌缺血的发展动向及观察心肌缺血的治疗效果。
（3）判断体内电解质失常。
（4）观察洋地黄药物疗效及不良反应。
（5）估计心脏起搏器功能。
