肠造口术

是指因治疗需要，外科医生在患者腹壁上人为开口，并把一段肠管拉出腹腔，开口缝于腹壁，用于排泄粪便或尿液。因此，肠造口并非是一种疾病，而是排除体内废物的一种人为开口。肠造口是一些疾病尤其是恶性肿瘤治疗过程中的必需手段和有效治疗方法。
