简述老年人局限性皮肤瘙痒症的临床表现。

以肛门、阴囊、外阴及小腿等部位最为多见。瘙瘁的程度和时间长短因人而异，重者常搔抓至出血疼痛方罢休。局部皮肤有阵发性瘙痒，由于经常搔抓、揉搓可致局部水肿、糜烂、渗液、结痂、肥厚、苔藓样变及色素沉着。
