(1)生理方面表现为尿道周围皮肤潮湿不适、瘙痒、皮疹甚至发生溃疡；(2)心理方面表现为自卑、羞愧、沮丧和抑郁等；(3)社会方面表现为社交活动减少甚至闭门不出，生活质量下降。
