试分析代词“咱们”和“我们”用法的不同。

“咱们”包括听话的人在内，“我们”不包括听话的人在内。我们管前者叫包括式，后者叫排除式。由于方言的影响，“我们”也能做包括式，但“咱们”不能做排除式。
