简述凯撒密码的优缺点，并给出密钥k＝3时，对明文“This is an easy problem＂用凯撒密码加密后的密文。

凯撒密码的优点是算法简单，便于记忆。缺点是结构过于简单，密码分析者只要通过很少的信息就可以破译密文。
