什么是出队?什么是入队?

一个进程在执行过程中，由于进程的状态不断变化而要从一个队列退出且进入另一个队列，直到进程结束。一个进程从所在的队列中退出称为“出队”，相反，一个进程排入到一个指定队列中被称为“入队”。系统中负责进程入队和出队的工作称“队列管理”。
